A little bit about me, Currently I work for Web Biz Ideas in St. Louis Park, MN as an SEO Strategist/Manager. I’m often called an Alpha Geek because I have a voracious appetite for all things technology, and I’m usually an early adopter of hardware. I have worked in the technology industry my whole adult life and I love snowboarding in the winter, and riding my bicycles in the summer(I have a really cool Phat cycles chopper).
I lived in Southern California for about 8 years, never more than 1/2 mile from the ocean. I moved away in 2006 when the housing market collapsed and took advantage of it in MN to buy the house that my grandparents bought over 50 years ago. I have been renovating it ever since, and now believe that it’s a never ending process.
I work in the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) field, as evidenced by my SEO Jedi color. I specialize in Local, but I have much experience with national, and international SEO.
I grew up in a technical household, I got my first computer over 33 years ago, and have run the gamut of jobs within in the computer industry. I started out as a graphic artist after going to school briefly for 3D and multimedia design. I then moved into the help desk and server management side of things. I have held positions from help desk coordinator all the way up to director of IT operations.
2 Years ago, I decided to move full throttle into the internet marketing and SEO field after doing some work on the company website that I was currently working for and taking the site from relative obscurity to being in the top 3-5 listings for each of the keywords we were working for. I found the process very enjoyable, and decided to do it full time.
